How do you build a sales funnel for a digital agency?

Answer depends on what type of agency you are building.

If you’re offering lower priced monthly retainers for PPC of productized services then offering a tripwire product or service (which could be one component of your monthly service) could be a good way to convert leads into customers (to then be upsold to the full monthly service)

If you are offering higher priced, custom services then a high ticket client funnel would be the way to go where you would sell the benefits of your company and then get the client to apply to work with you.

Both of these sales funnels would start with a front end offer or lead magnet to convert visitors into leads before pushing to the tripwire or application process.
